We import a limited selection of special Japanese products based on the season, such as naturally fermented miso, fruits, nuts, rice crackers, and more. The offerings will be updated periodically, so stay tuned!
Regarding fresh miso from Japan, we collaborate with several different miso manufacturers, each with at least a century of history. These manufacturers embody the spirit of craftsmanship and produce naturally fermented miso. These products are often difficult to find even in Japanese supermarkets and are typically available only in specialty stores. We aim to bring our customers more and better-quality products.
