Our Story

Our founder spent many years in Japan studying various culinary cultures and graduated from the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. Bringing this expertise back to Hong Kong, they established several brands in collaboration with Japanese partners. These brands offer healthy rice, wine, coffee, French desserts, and bread, embodying the art of refined living from France and Japan. We aim to provide customers with a new appreciation of life, the aesthetics of culture, and the pursuit of personal fulfillment.
